Customer Service & Warehouse Apprentice Required

Due to the expansion of our online business, Dogs Dogs Dogs are now looking for an individual to join us as an Apprentice. As part of the Government scheme the successful candidate will receive free government funded training and have the opportunity to join a fast-growing, forward thinking team.

Key Areas of Role

• Day-to-day adminstration of all contact with our customers via email and telephone
• Liaising with suppliers and chasing stock where necessary
• Processing all new orders
• Helping with the pick, pack & dispatch process
• Managing stock control on website
• Minor website changes
• Looking after Social Media Channels

The ideal candidate must have:

• A love of dogs (we have a very disobedient spaniel in the office)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Be Computer literate (Office 365)
• A desire to learn and grow with a young company
• Dedication and drive to succeed

Wages are negotiable depending upon experience and age, however we will pay above the National Living Wage.
