We offer two different delivery charges
Standard - £4.25 (free over £49)
Premium Delivery (2-3 days) - £6.95 - Please be aware, if your order is placed over the weekend it will be dispatched on Monday.
At DDD we aim to get your shiny new products to you as soon as possible. All orders will be sent out within 48 hours (or sooner) so should reach you really quickly!
Our preferred courier network is DHL and they will send you a text message with a one-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery. From this email you will be able to track your delivery more accurately and leave special instructions should you not be available to take the delivery on that day.
We try, whereever possible, to ship throughout Europe. We try wherever possible to ship as cheaply as possible and we have listed all our rates below:-
(Please note that due to ridiculous customs clearance charges, we are unable to ship to Switzerland, Bosnia, Iceland, Norway, Serbia & Ukraine) With this in mind, if you are looking for something lightweight (like a coat or a collar or lead) it is worth getting in touch as we may be able to send cheaply via Royal M

We hope you’re delighted with your lovely new but we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite the right size, shape or colour. If you would like to return or exchange the product for any reason we offer a no-fuss returns and exchanges policy.
Simply return the item within 14 days unused (and dog hair free!) in its original condition with all packaging intact along with a copy of this packing slip. When we receive it back we will arrange either an exchange or refund (please note that we do not refund the postage charge for returning an item, but we do send exchanges to you free of charge). It’s as easy as that!
Follow this LINK to return your item/s via CollectPlus and automatically receive the shipping label to your email. A charge of £5.99 for the return postage will be deducted from your refund amount.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are returning a large Savic dog crate this service cannot be used at this time. Please contact our customer service team, who will advise you further.
