At DDD we aim to get your shiny new products to you as soon as possible. We try our best to get all orders sent out within 48 hours (or sooner) so should reach you really quickly! Please note that during the colder and wetter months, it may take a few more days (due to demand) to get your order to you.
Our preferred courier network is DHL and they will send you a text message with a one-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery. From this email you will be able to track your delivery more accurately and leave special instructions should you not be available to take the delivery on that day.

We hope you’re delighted with your lovely new but we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite the right size, shape or colour. If you would like to return or exchange the product for any reason we offer a no-fuss returns and exchanges policy.
Simply return the item within 14 days unused (and dog hair free!) in its original condition with all packaging intact along with a copy of this packing slip. When we receive it back we will arrange either an exchange or refund (please note that we do not refund the postage charge for returning an item, but we do send exchanges to you free of charge). It’s as easy as that!
It is worth noting that if you have paid using PayPal, they now offer a service whereby you can reclaim the cost of sending a product back - have a look at this link for more information on this.
