For extra warmth and comfort, there's space for a standard sized heat pad to be placed underneath the inner cushion 

The other great feature of this bed is its 'tick-tock' pouch, where a ticking clock can be placed to mimic the heartbeat of the puppy's mother. This provides them with security and reassurance in their new surroundings.
