Your Delivery
At DDD we aim to get your shiny new products to you as soon as possible. All orders will be sent out within 48 hours and so should reach you within three days.
Our preferred courier network is DPD and they will send you a text message with a one-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery. From this email you will be able to track your delivery more accurately and leave special instructions should you not be available to take the delivery on that day.

No-Fuss Returns & Exchanges
We hope you’re delighted with your lovely new but we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite the right size, shape or colour. If you would like to return or exchange the product for any reason we offer a no-fuss returns and exchanges policy.
Simply return the item within 14 days unused (and dog hair free!) in its original condition with all packaging intact along with a copy of this packing slip. When we receive it back we will arrange either an exchange or refund (please note that we do not refund the postage charge for returning an item, but we do send exchanges to you free of charge). It’s as easy as that!
