At DDD we aim to get your shiny new products to you as soon as possible. All orders will be sent out within 48 hours (or sooner) so should reach you really quickly! Please note that during the colder and wetter months, it may take a few more days (due to demand) to get your order to you.
Our preferred courier network is DHL and they will send you a text message with a one-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery. From this email you will be able to track your delivery more accurately and leave special instructions should you not be available to take the delivery on that day.
